Easily one of the most fulfilling areas of communications to be involved with. More recently has been working on the FightMND campaign which includes the Big Freeze event. Working with Rod Curtis and Kommunal on this project has been an honour, with responses growing each year. And probably the most impacting campaigns on me personally, was working on the FireReady campaign following the Black Saturday bushfires. Living in the danger zone, we narrowly missed the devastation. But meeting the people that went through it, really drove home the need to prepare. The mobile billboard for “AVOID THE R.I.P.” followed the drownings at Gunnamatta Beach and Tabcorp donated the funds to drive home the message.
